Shirley P. Sheets, 82, of Lewellen, passed away on Saturday evening, November 19, 2011 at her home in Lewellen.
At Shirley’s request, cremation was held and there will be no service.

Shirley was born in Denver, Colorado on October 18, 1929. She moved to Lewellen, Nebraska in June of 1995.
Shirley is survived by her husband of 54 years, George R. Sheets; 5 children, Kathleen M. Cockrell or Fort Morgan, CO, Russell L. Myers of Arriba, CO, George C. “Chris” Sheets of Lewellen, NE, Nancy L. Jones of Lewellen, NE, and Kenneth W. Sheets of Lewellen, NE; brother, Raymond and wife Joan Olsen of Denver, CO; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by 2 sons, Donald F. Sheets and Raymond W. Sheets.
