Amber Wilson, 31 of Sidney, Nebraska passed away Thursday, March 1, 2012 at her home in Sidney.
Cremation has taken place and no local services are planned. Inurnment will take place at a later date in North Carolina.
A memorial has been established to the Night of Hope Cancer Walk.
Amber Lynn Wilson, the daughter of Richard A. and Eva L. (Horton) Wright was born August 21, 1980 at High Point, North Carolina. She grew up in High Point where she graduated from High School. She then attended Wilmington Community College in Wilmington, North Carolina.
In May of 2006 she was united in marriage to Steve Wilson at Fort Myers, Florida. They moved to Sidney in August of 2010 where she worked as a teacher’s aide in the Sidney Public Schools.
Survivors include her husband Steve and son Camden of Sidney, NE; her father Richard Wright of Ft. Worth, TX; her paternal grandparents Art and Inez Wright; three paternal uncles; one maternal aunt and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother and her maternal grandparents.
