Mildred Bules, 80 of Chappell, Nebraska died late Wednesday evening, March 20, 2013 at the Ogallala Community Hospital in Ogallala.
Graveside memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday April 6, 2013 in the Hillside Cemetery south of Julesburg, Colorado.
Memorials have been established for Mildred’s grandchildren’s college fund.
Cremation has taken place and there is no visitation at the funeral home. Friends and family can meet at the Lion's Den in Chappell prior to services on Saturday.
Mildred May Bules, the daughter of Roy E. and Ada V. (Brown) Taylor was born August 2, 1932 four miles east of Julesburg, Colorado on the river road.
On January 8, 1954 she was united in marriage to Karl J. Bules, Jr. at Lodgepole, Nebraska. They lived north of Lodgepole before moving to Chappell.
Mildred enjoyed family history, gardening, sewing and reading.
She is survived by her husband Karl Bules, Jr. of Chappell, NE; two sons: Karl J. Bules, III of Lodgepole, NE and Michael Bules of Oshkosh, NE; one daughter Karleen Reichman of Chappell, NE; three brothers: Roy Taylor of Hermiston, OR, Ray Taylor of Burley, ID and Clyde Taylor of Cook, WA; two sisters: Rose Starks of Nashville, TN and Linda Walmsley of Chappell, NE; 7 Grandchildren and 6 Great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters Evelyn and Mary and a grandson James Kriha.
