Linda Kay Sanders, 70, of Oshkosh, Nebraska passed away on Tuesday November 2, 2021.
The family will hold a private memorial to celebrate Linda’s life.
Holechek-Bondegard Funeral Home and Cremation in Oshkosh is serving the Sanders family.
Linda was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who had a special love of animals. Linda was Born in Midland, Texas to parents Donald L. and Reba Harris. She met the love of her life, Bill Sanders, in Wichita Falls, Texas. They married on September 5, 1973. Linda and Bill moved to Broomfield, Colorado where they raised their family, sons Jason and David. Passionate about the outdoors, Linda and her family could often be found camping in the Colorado mountains. Linda spent most of her career as a seamstress before becoming a real estate agent later in life. Perhaps her greatest enjoyment was caring for animals, as she nurtured many dogs to live long, happy lives, often to the surprise of the veterinarians.
Linda and Bill have been residents of Oshkosh, Nebraska for the past 5 years where they moved to enjoy their retirement in the peaceful countryside. Linda loved her family, and her love will live on forever in their hearts. She is survived by her husband Bill, sons David (Wookie) Sanders and Jason (Joanna) Sanders, grandchildren Addilyn and Braydon, and dogs Teddy and Lexi.
