Theresa "Terry" Kugler, 82, of Oshkosh, passed away Tuesday evening, February 11, 2025 at her home.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at St. Elizabeth's Catholic Church in Oshkosh with Father Mike McDonald officiating. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth's Catholic Cemetery.
Following Terry's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation.

Theresa was born in Tower Soudan, Minnesota on June 3, 1942 to Lou and Kate (Grahek) Cvetan. She was one of three children from a devout catholic home. After attending schools in Tower and Soudan, she went to nursing school in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she received her nursing aide certification in 1961. She worked at the local hospital before meeting Harvey Klemp on a blind date in 1969. They married in October 1970 and welcomed one son, David, in 1971.
In 1977 The family moved to Fleming, Colorado to work on the Louden Ranch. They later transitioned to ranch north of Lewellen. When they moved to Oshkosh in the summer of 1979, Harvey worked for the Oshkosh feed yard and Theresa worked as a nurses aide at the Garden County Hospital. Harvey passed away in a feed lot accident in 1982 leaving her widowed.
After working various jobs and delivering meals on wheels for the Senior Center, Theresa went to work as a waitress in 1987 at the S&S café for Mike and Barb Karel. It was there that she met Milan Kugler in 1990. They joined in marriage on Valentines Day February 14, 1992 at the St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Oshkosh. After she retired, they spent their time traveling to see family, and having daily coffee time at the S&S with family and friends. They were involved in camera club and canned Kugler’s pickles and salsa until Milan passed away in November of 2012.
Theresa continued to keep busy visiting family and friends, having her daily coffee at the S&S, reading mystery books, going to the exercise group at the Wesleyan church, and attending Sunday mass. Theresa was a faithful servant to the Lord and prayed for her family and friends daily. She was a very kind, compassionate soul that loved her family deeply.
She will be dearly missed by her brother Bill Cvetan (Sissy) of Mountain Iron, Minnesota, her son David Klemp (Mary) of Gering, Ne, daughter Pamela Raymer of Oshkosh Ne, sons Royce Kugler (Karen) of Lincoln Ne, Craig Kugler (Carol) of Rapid City SD, Dale Kugler (Randy) of Papillion Ne, Kevin Kugler (Joy) of Elsie Ne, Chris Kugler of Council Bluffs Iowa, Todd Kugler (Jennifer) of Omaha Ne. Many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
Theresa is preceded in death by her husbands, parents, and her sister Kathy.
