Thomas Bailey, Sr., 79 of Sidney, Nebraska and formerly of Virginia died Thursday evening, June 14, 2018 at Sidney Regional Medical Center, Extended care in Sidney.

There will be no services held in Sidney. Funeral services will be held in Fredericksburg, Virginia with burial in the Stafford Memorial Cemetery.
